Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time SOP expert?
Go for it. If you do find someone, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need it, to ensure you're only paying for SOP development when you need it.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to request as many SOPs as you would like, along with as many revisions as you'd like.
How fast will I receive my SOPs?
On average, most requests are completed in just 3 days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you may not have enough SOP requests to fill up the entire month, that's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. If you use the service for 15 days, then decide to pause, you'll have 16 days of service remaining, to be used at any point in the future.
What format do you create SOPs in?
SOPs can be exported to Google Drive, Microsoft Word, PDF, Asana, Notion, Trello, Monday, ClickUp, or just regular plain text.
How do I request SOPs?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request SOPs. Some common ways clients request SOPs are via our intake form, google docs, or video capture tools like loom.
What if I don't like the SOP?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the SOP until you're 100% satisfied.
What if I only have a single request?
You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional SOP needs.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the intensity of the work and the extremely high cost of delivering earth-shattering process improvements to your business, we do not offer refunds.
